David grew up operating a 20-foot yawl on Lake of the Woods. A U.S. Army veteran and former law enforcement officer, David brings experience to managing the day-to-day activities of the boatworks. One of his best boating memories is – in the mid-1990s – boating from Seattle to Skagway, Alaska through the inside passage with his mother, father, and two sisters.
